Mcusta - Aoi Money Pocket Clip - MC-0081 - Kamon Series - knife
The Mcusta MC-0081 “Aoi” from the Kamon Series is a pocket knife that combines Japanese elegance, functionality, and high-quality craftsmanship.
Crafted from stainless steel with hand-finished details, it features a compact and lightweight design with an integrated money clip, ideal for discreet and practical everyday use. The AUS-8 blade is sturdy and sharp, while the frame lock mechanism ensures safety and ease of use.
The “Aoi” motif is inspired by the leaf of Asarum heterotropoides, commonly known as the “Aoi leaf” or Hollyhock. It is one of Japan’s oldest and most famous heraldic symbols, often associated with the Tokugawa family, which ruled the country for over 250 years during the Edo period. This emblem represents nobility, protection, and stability, and is highly valued for its simple yet elegant form. On Mcusta knives, the Aoi engraving symbolizes tradition, refinement, and a connection to Japanese history.

Mcusta - Kikyo Money Pocket Clip - MC-0082 - Kamon Series - knife
The Mcusta MC-0082 “Kikyo” from the Kamon series is a refined pocket knife that blends Japanese elegance with everyday practicality.
Made entirely of stainless steel, it features an AUS-8 steel blade, known for its strength and ability to maintain a long-lasting sharpness. Its compact design and light weight make it ideal for carrying in your pocket or attaching to a tie with the integrated clip.
The Kikyo motif represents the bellflower, known in Japan as Kikyo or “bellflower.” This flower is a symbol of sincerity, eternal love, and protection. Used in the Sengoku period by the Akechi clan, it is now often used in Japanese decorative arts as an ornamental motif to evoke purity and harmony. On the knives of the Kamon series, the Kikyo motif adds a touch of delicacy and deep meaning, evoking values of loyalty and timeless beauty.

Takeshi Saji - Miyabi Hayabusa - custom knife
