The Glauca G1 is a tactical folding knife developed in cooperation with the renowned GSG9 special department of the German Bundespolizei, which has officially adopted it. This knife is designed to meet the operational needs of special forces, combining robustness, functionality and reliability.

Main Features.

Blade: Drop point profile made of Böhler N690 steel hardened to 58 HRC, with a black finish according to MIL-C-13924 standard, providing high wear resistance and edge durability.
Handle: Constructed of anodized anticorodal aluminum with “tactical mud” coloring, it offers a secure and comfortable grip. It features a tungsten carbide back breaker for emergency situations.

Additional tools:
Stainless-steel nail striker on the back, lockable in the open position, useful for specific operations.
Lockable rescue tool, ideal for emergency cuts, such as releasing injured people from clothing or seat belts.
Locking System: Uses the proven LINER-LOCK mechanism, supported by an additional manual safety lock, to ensure maximum safety during use.
Clip: Adjustable to two different positions, including one in front, to suit the operator's preference.

Glauca G1, an evolution of the Glauca model, has specific features designed especially for the renowned GSG9 department, a special unit of the Bundespolizei, which has officially adopted it. The handle, made of anodized anticorodal aluminum with tactical mud coloring, is equipped with a tungsten carbide rear glass breaker.

On the back are a stainless steel nail stripper that can be locked in the open position and a resealable rescue tool that allows the operator to make a quick emergency cut to free a possible casualty from their clothing. This second tool is also great for use as a belt cutter.

The blade locking system is the proven LINER-LOCK to which is added a second safety mechanism to be operated manually.
