The design focuses strictly on the essentials: no julienne inserts, no unnecessary accessories, just perfect slicing performance. Slice thickness can be adjusted from ultra-thin up to 8 mm using the convenient rotary dial.
The ultra-sharp stainless steel V-blade glides effortlessly through even the hardest ingredients, allowing precise slicing of apples, oranges, peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, potatoes and onions.
Ergonomics have been carefully considered: the soft-touch handle ensures a comfortable grip for both left- and right-handed users, while the non-slip base provides excellent stability. The integrated bowl holder allows slicing directly into a container.
For added safety, a universal hand guard is included. A special Microplane protective glove is also available separately.
