Global Knives FAQ

How to correctly sharpen Global knives?

We recommend using water stones or dedicated MinoSharp sharpeners. Avoid traditional European honing steels, which are too soft compared to the hardness of CROMOVA 18.

Can Global knives go in the dishwasher?

No. Washing in the dishwasher damages the edge and can stain the steel. Always wash by hand and dry immediately after use.
