Its original shape allows you to create modern and eye-catching desserts, enhancing both the look of the preparation and its presentation.
The 15 cavities allow several individual desserts to be made at the same time, with a shape measuring 67 mm in diameter and 53 mm in height.

The volume of approximately 130 ml per cavity is suitable for creating individual desserts of balanced size.
The mould measures 400 x 300 mm, designed for practical handling of preparations in pastry shops and professional laboratories. The project was created in collaboration with Fabrizio Fiorani, pastry chef and designer of contemporary pastry shapes.
