With over 10 years' experience in the design industry, Benjamin Auzier has conceived and produced a wide range of objects, furniture, lighting and tableware for prestigious international brands. 
Driven by a natural curiosity, he does not limit himself to drawing his creations on paper: he personally models them, delving into every aspect of the production process to ensure solutions that meet technical and functional requirements.
Deeply attached to French craftsmanship and its finest products, Benjamin proudly presents his new creations, sharing his passion for the excellence of ‘Made in France’. Each of his designs embodies a perfect balance between aesthetics and practicality, celebrating French know-how and respect for tradition.

The ‘Matorral’ mushroom knife has a high-quality, unhardened 2.5 mm stainless steel blade. Ideal for picking morels, porcini, chanterelles, trumpets, meadow rosé, coulemelle, etc.
