Curtis, who had been designing and drawing knives for friends in special forces for years, and Mark, who had always dealt with military and tactical equipment while working in the "Green Berets," decided to combine their skills and passion with the goal of building innovative and functional knives using high-quality materials and entirely made in the United States.
