Premium Set consisting of two sharpening stones with grit #3000 and #6000 and a leather strop to be used at the end to remove any grinding residues and provide the final sharpening.

The set is designed to further refine the sharpening process result after using the diamond and ceramic discs included by default in the HORL 3 sharpeners. 

The two discs are simply attached to the sharpener in place of the standard ones and are intended to refine the edge of your high-quality knives. The stones can be used without water.

The strop is not adjustable, but thanks to the spaces inside the wooden structure and the red felt inserts are ensured flexibility ..
