Five steps to make a quality product.

Five careful, time-consuming and expensive processing steps are required to make Alexander's handcrafted products from rod steel: 

forging from stainless steel hot rods 

hot coining 

profile and interior blanking 

roughing and bending 

tempering. In addition to the above steps, there are the normal finishing operations (mirroring, machining of the handle).

The knife blades are sharpened by hand.
