The Neapolitan is a type of coffee maker that, unlike the mocha, does not use the pressure generated by steam to push the water towards the coffee, but only the force of gravity. How to use the Neapolitan coffee maker It is necessary to explain in detail the use of this coffee maker because, as we said, it requires a different procedure compared to the now common coffee makers. 8) Check the coffee tank and when there is no more water, unscrew the other tank, place the lid on it and pour the coffee.
