Spartan Blades - Machai knife Green - Fixed Blade Pro Grade- SBSL002BKGR - Knife
Machai - A fitting name for this large cutting tool. In Greek mythology, the Machai were the demons (spirits) of battle and combat.
The high weight and recurved profile of this flat ground blade make it an excellent hatchet. The Machai has a full-tang construction and a handle that ensures a forward balance in the user's hand.
The textured Micarta canvas ergonomic handle ensures a secure and comfortable grip, whether wet or dry. Made by the good people at KA-BAR Knives; in Olean, NY, USA.

Spartan Blades - Spartan-Harsey Kukri - SBSL007BK - Knife
Produced in Olean, NY, in collaboration with the skilled people at KA-BAR knives, the Spartan-Harsey Kukri knife has been designed to be a highly durable hiking knife. The kukri features a blade of over 22cm, making it an all-around tool due to its center of mass, allowing the user to slice while cutting to even penetrate thick objects.
While this blade is primarily famous for its military use, the kukri is more commonly employed as a multi-purpose tool in fields and homes across Nepal. Its uses range from construction, clearing, cutting firewood, digging, butchering animals for food, slicing meat and vegetables, skinning animals, to opening cans.
It can function as a smaller knife using the narrower part of the blade closer to the handle. The heavier and wider end of the blade, towards the tip, functions as a hatchet or a small shovel.
