Notes: To make the knife sharper, through our internal laboratory, we further sharpen each blade before shipping.CARE AND MAINTENANCE: This product uses a NON stainless steel with a high carbon content - it is therefore recommended to wash it under running water and dry it immediately manually with a clean cotton cloth or absorbent paper. To avoid the formation of rust and oxidation it is also highly recommended, after having dried it well, to protect the blade with a lubricant (eg grease, paraffin, lanolin, vaseline) that creates a protective barrier between the steel and the atmosphere.
