The new truffle slicer is available in different versions to suit every aesthetic taste. The new truffle slicer has a walnut handle and a razor-sharp blade in stainless steel (AISI 420) or toothed.
The selected materials are resistant and the blades, both the smooth and the razor-sharp ones, allow to slice also flakes of mature cheese, mushrooms, vegetables or chocolate: they cut, in fact, with a thickness from 0 to 3 mm.
The daisy roller next to the blades makes cleaning easy. Structure in walnut wood.
The new Truffle Slicers come in the right season!
They are available in four variants: with or without a walnut wood handle and with a smooth or toothed blade.

Kitchen Accessories FAQ
The best materials are natural wood (which "absorbs" the cut) and composite materials made of wood fiber and resin, hygienic and gentle on the edge. Always avoid glass, marble, or granite: they irreversibly ruin the blade.
For home use, the edge should be regularly refreshed with a honing steel or strop. A complete resharpening on a stone or Horl system is recommended every 3–6 months, depending on the frequency and type of use.
