The new Gnocchi like a Pro set from Marcato includes all the indispensable accessories for making excellent gnocchi, garganelli and gnocchi alla romana at home:

a practical board to line the gnocchi,

Garganelli are a typical egg pasta format from Romagna:

The preparation consists of rolling a small portion of pasta around the stick and sliding it, pressing lightly on the grooved board to imprint the typical grooves on the pasta.

With the steel mould for gnocchi alla romana, you obtain gnocchi with the typical shape of the Lazio speciality, prepared with semolina.

5 TYPES OF PASTA

Regina is the manual Marcato machine dedicated to extruded pasta: Bucatini, Fusilli, Maccheroni, Maccheroncini and Rigatoni. Regina is made of food-grade ABS and polycarbonate, long-lasting and safe for health. The extruders and slicer are made of chrome steel to always ensure perfect pasta.

Stability

Regina is a machine for making extruded fresh pasta that is simple to use and perfect for preparing 5 shapes of short or long pasta. It stands out for compactness and, thanks to the clamp, it is extremely stable.

Functionality

To change the dies, simply turn the crank handle anticlockwise for a few turns, liftthe slicer and the top conver. Once the locking ring nut of the dies has been unscrewed with the tool supplied, it is possible to put inthe due you want to use.Once the ring nut is screwed in, the die stays in its position.

Cleaning

All the dies are designed for easy dismantling and cleaning. The dies are easy to change using the key supplied and can be cleaned easily with a soft brush and a toothpick. For easier cleaning, wait until the pasta residue is dry.
