This frying pan offers incredible nonstick properties and is designed to be used without oil or butter.

The cast aluminum construction of this frying pan is 40% stronger due to the XD coating and ensures that the body of the frying pan will not warp, tip over or rotate during cooking. In addition, the handle has an ergonomic shape that ensures maximum comfort.

The handle is welded in place and is made of thermoplastic resin that ensures that the temperature is maintained on the cooking surface. Oven-safe up to 260°C and PFOA-free, this pan is indispensable for improving tamagoyaki technique. The pan can be used on gas, electric, ceramic, and now induction cooktops.
