Una volta riempita la cavità, la PDZ o la GP non deve fuoriuscire eccessivamente dalla fine dello stampo, ma deve essere quanto più possibile livellata alla superficie.
* Se la PDZ o la GP risulta troppo morbida o troppo appiccicosa sarà difficile toglierla dallo stampo. In questo caso mettere lo stampo (con la pasta all’interno) in frigo o nel freezer per 5-10 minuti circa, dopodiché vedrete che sarà più semplice l’estrazione.
* Anche se gli stampi di silicone sono flessibili, non devono essere sottoposti a un’eccessiva piegatura altrimenti si rischia di spezzarli.
* Dopo l’uso lavarlo delicatamente con acqua tiepida e sapone per i piatti.
