Rasolino in bovine RAC-20 - Knife

The name of this knife comes from the shape of the blade, reminiscent of the razor.
Had spread following the law Giolitti in 1908 which placed severe limitations to the port of sharp knives, and that favored the production of various models in a truncated tip.
  The Rasolino is distinguished by the slight curvature of the blade and back to the shape of the handle.
