Professional mold in polycarbonate, a material that allows you to get shiny and perfect chocolates. It is important to sharpen the chocolate well before pouring it into the mold. The particular shape allows you to combine chocolates together to get 3D figures. Correct tempering is a necessary condition for obtaining glossy chocolate, without streaks, with an inviting and easily deformed appearance. Below are two methods for tempering bright-looking chocolate. In a bain-marie: melt the chocolate at a temperature between 40 ° and 45 ° C. Pour 2/3 of the melted chocolate on the cold surface, preferably marble, and, with the help of the spatulas, work it quickly so as to bring it to a temperature of about 28 ° C. Mold For Ferratelle - Heart

Mold for pizzas, waffles and waffles. With this mold must be used for firing a flame and turn the mold and cook the cookie from both sides.

Recipe for waffles:  3 eggs, 150 grams of butter, 3 tablespoons sugar, 6 tablespoons flour, grated lemon zest, a pinch of salt  oil, icing sugar. Once cooled you can fill with whipped cream and strawberries with jam, chocolate etc.

Serving rings are versatile tools that allow any food to be given a neat, circular shape, acting practically as "stencils" for serving.

Placed on the plate, the rings can be filled with rice, pasta, vegetables, or other already cooked foods. Before filling them, it is advisable to lightly grease the rings with butter or oil to make them easier to pull out.

Once filled, the rings are gently removed from the dish, leaving the cooked food with a precise and neat shape, giving it an aesthetically pleasing and harmonious appearance.
