The Skottsberg 28 cm Cast Iron Grill Pan, item 531083, is designed to deliver intense, even cooking for meat, fish and vegetables. Its ridged cooking surface creates the characteristic grill marks while the traditional cast iron stores and distributes heat evenly, ensuring excellent performance even during extended cooking sessions.

Made from traditional cast iron, it is supplied pre-seasoned with natural vegetable oil and is ready to use straight away. It features no synthetic non-stick coating and is free from PFAS, PFOA and PTFE. The heat treatment improves resistance to rust and scratches, while the hollow stainless steel handle helps reduce heat transfer during use. The grill pan can also be used with metal utensils.

Ideal for both home cooking and barbecue use, it is compatible with gas, electric, ceramic and induction cooktops, as well as ovens, barbecues and open flames. With proper care and regular maintenance, the natural seasoning gradually enhances the pan's non-stick properties over time.
