How does it work?
The ultra-thin needle penetrates the cork without damaging it. 
During pouring, a capsule of pure argon gas creates a protective atmosphere that prevents oxidation. 
The result? Every glass has the same quality as the first, even after a long time.

Each capsule allows for up to 15 glasses of 150 ml.

The Coravin needle kit includes three essential mixing needles to suit any bottle and situation:

Made of stainless steel with a non-stick Teflon® coating, these needles guarantee maximum durability and smooth insertion, allowing hundreds of effortless stirrings.

The "Speedy" corkscrew is made of fine materials: special aluminum alloys and stainless steel, entirely hand-polished and embellished with a special protective treatment such as to obtain different colors, bright and stable over time.
It is characterized by the use of an eccentric pin, movably inserted in the main body and pivoted in the bottle support lever. The combined relative motion between the main body, support lever and screwing worm, allows the length of the lever arm to be changed between the beginning if the end of the extraction action , allowing the bottle cap to be removed smoothly with a single maneuver.
"Speedy" also has a knife with a special ergonomic shape that allows it to be pulled out and put back in place with one hand.

The Coravin screw cap allows wine lovers to use the Coravin wine storage system on screw-cap wine bottles and store them for up to three months. Made of specially designed self-sealing silicone, each screw cap can be used for as many as 50 insertions. Not compatible with the Pivot® wine storage system.

Coravin silicone screw cap, used with the Coravin pouring system, offers wine lovers the possibility to pour and enjoy their favourite wine even when bottled with a screw cap. Coravin screw caps allow the Coravin pouring system to be used even on bottles sealed with screw caps, guaranteeing airtight storage for up to 3 months.

CORAVIN™ - Pivot™+ Premium Wine Storage System Set

How to use Pivot

Open the bottle of wine.

Replace the cork or screw cap with a Pivot Stopper with the cork open (make sure the cork and bottle neck are both dry).

Pour the wine.

To pour, insert the Pivot device into the appropriate Stopper.

Pivot the bottle by bringing the spout onto the glass, then hold down the button on the device.

Release the button and return the bottle to an upright position to stop pouring.

The corkscrew Falco contains the technical characteristics of other corkscrew Artis with the use of material and cutting-edge technologies: ALY corkscrew Falco is made of materials selected. In particular the elements aluminum alloy heat treatment are obtained from solid with CNC machines and are hand polished and protected by anodizing.

The rack - screw mechanism is also made by CNC machines using patented tooling. The material is high tensile elastic alloy steel.
The Falco corkscrew has an original operating lever mechanically refined making it easy to use.
