Thanks to their compatibility and precision construction, they guarantee a simple, clean and professional filtering and decanting process.
The funnel is perfectly sized to accommodate the sieve, which has 0.5 mm mesh ideal for filtering sauces, purées and finer compounds, preventing residues from blocking the siphon.
