Le bistecchiere Pentolpress sono in alluminio alimentare UNI EN 601 che permette una migliore distribuzione del calore su tutta la superficie della padella e di conseguenza basta utilizzare una fiamma moderata per cuocere correttamente ogni tipologia di cibo evitando in tal modo di bruciarlo e risparmiando energia. Le bistecchiere Pentolpress sono disponibili con due diversi rivestimenti: in Teflon antiaderente triplo-strato certificato PFOA FREE e rivestimento TITANIO con rinforzo ceramico, entrambi i rivestimenti permettono una cottura ottimale senza l’aggiunta di grassi o oli e rendono le bistecchiere estremamente facili da pulire, in quanto i residui di cibo non si attaccano, ma scivolano sul rivestimento. Le bistecchiere sono inoltre disponibili anche nella versione speciale per piani cottura ad induzione, con fondo ad induzione brevettato che permette di limitare la temperatura massima interna della padella.
