 The optimal combination of flavours is crucial when cooking food, but it is not always easy to implement. Now, with zilogusto, everything becomes easier. This double tasting utensil consists, on the one side, of a hickey that neutralises the aromas on the palate before tasting; on the other, of a specially designed spoon that allows for an accurate distribution of flavours, spices and seasonings.

How to use:

Shortly before the taste test, pull the taster dummy out of the handle and suck on it for approx. 30 seconds. 

The palate is now free of tastes that might confuse the perception of new aromas and is therefore ready for the taste test.

You can now proceed and flavour the food with the spoon.
