Knives made in collaboration with Dönges are specialized tools for difficult and demanding rescue operations. What the products have in common are the red G10 handles with non-slip Dönges honeycomb structure, the incredibly tough and high-performance D2 steel blades and the presence of a glass breaker. 

The Expert Fire Folder has two rescue blades that open in opposite directions. While the spear point blade is suitable for universal cutting tasks, the rescue blade has several multifunctional cutting surfaces. It has a serrated edge for ropes and a lever point with integrated nail extractor. A belt cutter is located directly behind the tip. Finally, the multifunctional blade has a bottle opener for a well-deserved break after use.

However, it was the wrath of the father of the gods, Odin, that often drove the goddess of love to unleash wars in the world of men. Dirk Hofmeister of Midgards Messer was inspired by the art of Nordic forging and created the folding blade version of the beloved Little Dvalin.

The powerful Dvalin Folder Tanto impresses with its compact dimensions and features a Tanto blade in D2 steel with ball bearings, finished with a rough stonewash appearance and equipped with a deep engraving on both sides to open the folding knife using the recess as a nail lever.

The engraving on the top of the blade offers a secure grip for the thumb during complex cutting operations. Despite the wrath of the gods, the well-formed and partly grooved G10 handle always fits firmly in the hand. The Gemtek confidently joins this series and presents itself as a folding knife with a Frame Lock mechanism, featuring a Modified-Droppoint blade in high-performance D2 steel, which opens with a Flipper and impresses with its stonewash finish and a decorative false edge.

In Norse mythology, Andhrimnir tirelessly took care of the physical well-being of the gods and the honorably fallen heroes, who thoroughly enjoyed their existence in the carefree warriors' paradise, Valhalla.

For this purpose, he slaughtered the beast Sæhrimnir day after day, which was then resurrected at night to be eaten again the following day. A fleeting glance at Midgard (the Norse term for earth/world) would have elevated the chef's status even further in the eyes of the gods. This is because the knife craftsman Dirk Hofmeister knows like no other how to create mythical blades infused with Norse magic.

The Andhrimnir Mini bears the unmistakable hallmarks of Midgard's full tang constructed knives, with a 6mm thick Wharncliffe blade made of D2 in a two-tone finish with grooves on both sides and jimpings to ensure optimal functionality and maximum stability for all daily cutting tasks. Designed by Tommaso Rumici, the knife is "muscular" and unique, combining the Camaro Z28's distinctive features of shape and strength. The elegant Damascus blade, hand forged by Chad Nichols with 80 layers in the "Tread" pattern, is reminiscent of the muscle car's sloping hood. To that end, parts from the upper suspension arm of the original vintage Camaros were used to forge the blade.

Based on an analysis of the color of an original model, the "Le Mans Blue" lacquer finish was created especially for Boker for the aluminum handle, which interprets the body lines in a nostalgic way and is enriched with exciting details. The notchback, small rear spoiler and slat-shaped air intakes on the rear fenders have been beautifully integrated into the knife. The blade axle screw is lovingly inspired by the rims often used on muscle cars, while the straight-line stainless steel clip, milled from billet, is reminiscent of chrome door handles.

Bowie knives originated in the United States in the early 19th century and were considered reliable work knives, even occasionally used in combat. Typical of these fixed knives is the massive blade, with a characteristic design, usually more than 15 cm long and with a guard to protect the hand.

With the new Charlie generation, designer Dietmar Pohl continues the successful series of minimalist and extremely durable knives. Whether for everyday use or as an ultra-flat reserve knife for outdoor activities, the new Charlie Three covers a wide range of applications.

The modern Spear Point blade and handle of the Charlie Three are made of 6-millimeter thick D2 tool steel, which gives the knife a level of strength and edge retention. The Stonewashed finish creates a scratch-resistant surface and increases the blade's corrosion resistance.

Using CNC technology, all details are elaborately milled on the handle specially designed for the new Charlie series. The rounded tang and grooved areas for the index finger and thumb ensure a comfortable and secure grip.
