Extrema Ratio Misericordia Black Warfare is a version in a limited series of only 500 pieces that preserves intact all the features of the famous Misericordia model adopted by the 4th Alpine Parachute Regiment, which helped develop and test the product and chose it for its unique characteristics that make it particularly suitable for ambush combat.

The blade is milled from Böhler N690 steel, hardened to 58 HRC for the best balance of edge retention and strength, is 118mm long, 4mm thick, and has a flat edge. The weight of the knife is just 87g. It has a spear-point profile, with a full-length shank that makes it even lighter, features ¾-length false counter-wire, and has a Black Warfare finish, with the innovative and original Extrema Ratio Geotech Camo pattern, made by laser engraving.

The handle retains the unmistakable Extrema Ratio ergonomic profile, and is made of fiberglass-filled nylon to ensure absolute robustness in all conditions, even in the heaviest of uses. The distinctive ring on the bottom of the grip aids hand grip by allowing the soldier a greater and firmer lunge, exponentially increasing the combat potential of the Misericordia.

The Kydex scabbard offers belt-clip, ulti-clip and malice-clip attachment options. In addition, it is possible to attach the scabbard to the M.O.L.L.E. system by braiding the paracord lanyard. The Misericordia Black Warfare comes in an IP67-certified watertight Polypropylene technical case, with pressurization valve, weatherproof, dustproof and shockproof, inside of which is also the Kydex sheath, double UTLICLIP, double-grit sharpening plate (ceramic abrasive and synthetic diamond) and metal plaque with the progressive number of the limited series.

Extrema Ratio was chosen by Automobili Lamborghini to produce the Reventón Folder, an emergency knife, belt cutter and glass breaker, designed by the Lamborghini Style Center, which becomes the official equipment of each of the 20 Reventón produced, the most exclusive supercar of the House of Bull.

The "Reventón Folder" is an accessory of the highest functional and aesthetic level, clearly in line with the philosophy of the car built with concepts and technologies directly borrowed from the most advanced aviation industry.

The Extrema Ratio Misericordia was adopted by the 4th Alpine Paratroopers Regiment which helped develop and test the product. It is a tactical fixed blade knife, extremely light and compact, it can be used both as a main knife or as a backup blade.

The blade is made of Böhler N690 steel, heat-treated to a hardness of 58 HRc, it is 118 mm long, 4mm thick and has a flat edge.

The profile is of the spear point type, with a full length fuller which makes the blade even lighter and with a false counter-thread at ¾ length. The blade is available with the classic Extrema Ratio MIL-C-13924 black finish.

The handle in fiberglass-reinforced nylon (FRN) features the classic Extrema Ratio recesses that make the grip safer and is fixed to the tang by means of a through screw.

On the rear end the handle flows connecting with a large ring, which allows the use of martial arts techniques and ensures a very solid grip to the hand, equipped with a "skull crusher" appendix in hard metal.

The overall weight of the knife is just 87g. Being a knife designed for professional use, much attention has been paid to ease of port, accessibility and extraction in case of need. The knife is secured to the sheath by a quick-release safety catch that can be easily reversed for use by left-handers.

The sheath is made of highly resistant Nylon, it is very versatile and two adjustable loops allow it to be fixed inside the loops of M.O.L.L.E.

The sheath is equipped with a conical invitation to facilitate the re-insertion of the knife while a simple pressure on the trigger safety allows it to be extracted quickly and instinctively.

HISTORICAL SUMS ON THE DEPARTMENT:
The 185 ° RAO of the '' Folgore '' is a department with an ancient tradition, but very new. In fact, it was born on April 3, 2000 following the reconfiguration of the 185th terrestrial paratroop artillery regiment. Based in Livorno, it is an atypical department of the artillery weapon, currently inserted in the Special Forces basin.

Entirely composed of voluntary personnel, the 185th RAO selects its components through the passing of a physical test and a qualification course on modules '' with increasing difficulty ''. The tasks entrusted to the RAO's men are many, but all very delicate: it is about gathering information on enemy objectives and 'passing them' to one's command. More generally, it can talk about '' recognition in sensitive areas ''. '' It is therefore evident - they stress to the Army - that the activity of the acquirer takes place mainly in hostile territory, in small self-sufficient nuclei that act in isolation ''.

RAO paratroopers are specialists in '' infiltration and exfiltration '' techniques and are able to move in the operating area '' for up to 8-10 days without external supplies ''. They know how to 'escape from capture, escape and escape from an' enemy controlled area '' and, above all, as '' identify, determine and evaluate objectives '' of strategic interest.
