Bud Nealy is universally recognized as one of the best knifemakers in the world. He is also known as the inventor of the MCS (Multi Concealment Sheath) system that allows the knife to be placed securely in any type of position. And it is because of these two requirements that every day hundreds of his MCS systems are used by police officers, undercover agents, S.W.A.T. and R.A.I.D. members, U.S. embassy guards, Bodyguards and Air Rangers.

Particular knife developed with the help of experienced falconers and especially Horst Niesters in the early 1970s.
The blade was designed to chop up food for raptors and to intercept game brought back by raptors during hunting trips. In the center of the blade is a small semicircular notch that serves to signal to the falconer that the edge is sharp from the tip of the blade to that exact point; the rest of the blade is kept blunt to protect the raptors.
PUMA's falconer's knife is designed to be very handy and absolutely practical, making it a reliable companion for hunting prey.

The M-PAT was created by U.S. military service member Seth Brown and was designed specifically for fighter jet crews. Its slim profile and sturdy size are designed it specifically so that it can be carried on the safety vest or otherwise at the top of the torso in order to cause as little discomfort as possible while in the flight deck. It is ideal for vertical carrying and, thanks to the two retention modes of the sheath, it will not go anywhere until you need it. The M-PAT's applications extend outside the cockpit and it is perfectly suited to a belt or tactical vest. It is always handy when you need it and out of the way when you don't. The Buck 124 was originally designed in 1966 as a dive combat knife called the Nemo. The model then went into production in 1967 and was offered with either a dive sheath (NEMO) or a leather sheath (FRONTIERSMAN). The knife was the same and has remained so to this day.

In the 1960s about 300 examples were produced and they had black phenolic handles with white Teflon spacers. Then in the 1970s it had a fluctuating production, with very poor sales numbers, until in '73 it was offered with a "Buckarta" (Micarta) handle and began to find favor with the public, with over 10000 examples sold until the early 1980s. Until 1983 model production remained high, and in 1984 a version of the FRONTIERSMAN with a Pakkawood handle was introduced; the 1984 version did not have the patent logos engraved, the 1985 version had the patent engravings, and from 1986 the knife began to have the production date engraved on the blade.

Therefore, our proposed model is from 1984.

The C.U.B. (Compact Utility Blade) is designed to serve as a compact and lightweight sidekick to a machete/bolo/parang in a tropical environment or of a tomahawk/axe in a forest environment. It is capable of performing all the important utility functions for camp and food preparation, leaving the heavy lifting to the other cutting tools. Randall's Model 11 features a serrated top blade for thumb placement. From a leather handle of about 11 cm equipped with a duralumin bottom. The drop-point blade was designed in 1952 by Tommy Thompson, a well-known Alaska guide. Excellent blade for skinning large game.
