The Roselli Piccolo chef kitchen knife has been further improved with a new blade design, now 2mm thick (previously 3mm). This knife draws inspiration from Japanese tradition and is the perfect choice for all your cooking needs, both outdoors and indoors.

Thanks to its additional weight, this knife is ideal for chopping vegetables, slicing meat and expertly handling smaller bones. It's an indispensable tool for all your culinary adventures.

The blade is forged from high-quality carbon steel and is exceptionally sharp. The handle is made of beautiful curly birch wood and treated with linseed oil to ensure a comfortable and secure grip even when wet.

Now, the Roselli Piccolo Chef kitchen knife comes with an exclusively designed leather case, made of Finnish vegetable tanned leather. This case is both practical and aesthetically pleasing, allowing you to easily transport your beloved knife on all your adventures. Now you can protect your knife in style, wherever you go.

Knife handmade, designed and produced in only 10 copies (5 CPM-S30V steel sandblasted and 5 in RWL-34 steel coated TIN) from the known knifemaker Fabrizio "Silvester" Silvestrelli in collaboration with Collini Cutlery.

Further the CSFK feature is the ability to change at will the manicatura the same between the grips included in the package: Micarta Loveless, G10 or Black Paracord Camouflage. The knife can also be deprived of the grips to be used as a spearhead or to minimize the footprint thickness.
