ANTIBACTERIAL PROTECTION
Sanelli and Biomaster have developed permanent antibacterial protection for the handles of Premana line knives through the use of silver ions.
Biomaster is a silver ion-based, inorganic additive suitable for imparting antibacterial characteristics to plastics that safely inhibits microbial growth from the first few minutes, reaching almost total inhibition within 24 hours.
