Roselli - Big Fish knife Fillet UHC - RW255 - knife
A powerful filleting knife, excellent for working larger fish but also perfect for bread, meat and vegetables.
The blade is made of UHC (Ultra High Carbon) steel and the handle is made of heat-treated curly birch, coated with linseed oil , which guarantees a firm grip even when wet. UHC steel gives you an extremely sharp knife that retains its sharpness for a very long time - keep in mind that hard UHC steel is not suitable for penetrating bone or other hard materials.
Comes with a handcrafted sheath of naturally dark tanned Finnish leather.
