It has a slender blade and a curved handle. It originates from very ancient models. It was a very common knife among the shepherds of southern central Italy. The handle is made of full horn.

Philipe Starck, architetto e designer francese ha partecipato al progetto della Forge de Laguiole fin dall'inizio delle sue avvenure.
