The "Neapolitan" old drives is a knife in horn tip elongated, suitable to cut the use of tip. It is not clear which of the knives of the traditional Neapolitan is inspired model of Scarperia. Traditional knife produced by master cutlers in Scarperia, place where, since 1300, the craftsmanship of Italian knives continues.
Typical Piedmont knife, in use since the early 19th century also in Liguria. Originally from the village of Vernante (Cuneo).

The 420 stainless steel blade can be scimitar or straight.
