Horn, wood and cornotech are raw materials that by their nature have a marked variability from one supply to another: it is the beauty of quality materials. Add craftsmanship, where the craftsman's hand never makes the same gesture: it's the beauty of craftsmanship. Combine all this and you will always have a different and unique product. It is always different from the one and unrepeatable product that we must necessarily photograph if we want you to understand what we are talking about and what we are offering you.

The "Roman" testifies to the widespread mentality in the Papal States for which the knife was considered as a faithful friend to be constantly worn "in his pocket" and to be unleashed at the first hint of a fight or for an immediate response.

Many elements constituting the "Roman" bear witness to the offensive use that distinguished this knife: the sharp blade, the decorations of the lattice handle or fish bone that served to improve the grip, the locking system with fixed spring that prevented the knife could close up accidentally and that at the time of the opening emitted a dry noise that exalted the aggressive expression.
