This knife is made in Maniago from an idea of the designer Alex Olivetto aka Bonus, also from Maniago. Design and product made in Italy, exactly as our customers want.

The D-Dut is a small but strong multi-purpose knife with essential tools to carry with you in everyday life. An object so small can solve emergency situations or small repair operations.

Our company this year reaches the milestone of 61 candles, and in the 60s and 70s our company made the classic multipurpose knife with handles in nylon, wood buffalo horn and deer horn. Today, this knife still has the DNA of its ancestors: inspiration, functionality and reliability.

Awarded during the Blade Show 2021 in Atlanta as "Most Innovative Imported Design".

The features of this knife are pure pocket . For this reason, QUIET been designed without clip and button opener blade. The rounded lines , the size and weight extremely low compate add pleasure to the port.

The introduction of PBL on QUIET gave him the opportunity to balance its proportions . The handle for 3 fingers and finger grooves give the grip strength . SAFETY FIRST !

The closure of the knife with one hand is not always safe . At nilte has been studied a simple but effective solution , which is not imposed on the line and the functionality of the knife. As you can see , the blade has a ledge in the area prior to the wire , called the kick . This has the function , with the help of more advanced finger on the handle , to slow its closing stroke .

THE NAME

The first project was called QUIET nilte to all the features mentioned above . A knife that does not want to be aggressive , but quiet and useful for a use not extremely heavy, always a pleasure to take in your pocket , ready to help you live your experience in the best possible way.
