As is typical for many agricultural tools, this Japanese knife is also extremely simple but the result of a centuries-old improvement that has found the difficult balance between form and function, and between cost and benefit.
The main feature is certainly the quality of the blade, in fact it uses a three-layer San Mai steel, of which the very hard one in the center.
It has a razor wire, as befits a tool created to cut and not just to be displayed in display cases.

In the tradition of Chris Reeve Knives, the Inyoni bird and fish hunting knife takes its name from the Zulu word for "bird." Light as a feather, weighing 68 grams, the latest version of the Inyoni offers all the functionality of its predecessor, without the weight.
Its full-tang drop point blade makes it the ideal knife for processing birds and fish, while providing ample edge for many stages of processing larger game, as well as a long list of other cutting tasks outside the hunting field. The thin Kydex sheath fits perfectly over the handles of the Inyoni.
