The colours of the materials from which the handicrafts are made may vary from those shown in the pictures.
Horn, wood and cornotech are raw materials that by their nature have a marked variability from one supply to another: that's the beauty of fine materials. Add craftsmanship, where the craftsman's hand never makes the same gesture: that's the beauty of fine workmanship. Combine all this and you have a product that is always different and unique. And always different from that unique and unrepeatable product that, necessarily, we have to photograph if we want you to understand what we are talking about and what we are offering you.

Sandrin knives - Torino knife FC - Recoil Lock - Tungsten Carbide Blade - Carbon Fiber - knife
With the Sandrin knives brand, Turmond manufactures the blades of its knives using tungsten carbide which, through a sophisticated manufacturing process, reach the extraordinary hardness of 71 HRC, while maintaining at the same time a high torsion capacity and resilience.
Sandrin model Torino; innovation and inspiration come together in this EDC knife featuring exceptional blade material, ergonomic handle design and a revolutionary new locking mechanism. The Torino model's ceramic ball bearing action offers an extremely fluid opening and closing experience. What truly makes the Torino a modern marvel is a completely redesigned mechanism called the Recoil Lock. The closing of the knife is obtained by sliding the rear spacer towards the rear, eliminating the accidental release of the blade.

Conaz Consigli Scarperia - Mozzetta light ox horn 50034 - knife
This knife owes its name to the blunt tip which is absolutely missing as if the blade had been cut off.
Pointless knives became much more widespread with the "Giolitti law" of 1908 which fixed the length of the blade of pointed knives at only four centimeters.
For mozzette, the limit rose to ten centimeters, offering the possibility of safely carrying a knife of sufficient size in your pocket without risking the rigors of the law.Intended use: sports / collection

This Pattada constitutes the now historical interpretation of the Sardinian knife made by the Scarperia Consigli company.
The handle formed by two halves fixed with a row of rivets and the absence of a real spring are typical of the original model, but the line, the shape of the surfaces, the use of bovine horn are influenced by the Scarperian tradition.

Consigli Scarperia - Romano con anello 30cm - ox horn - 50060 - knife
The "Roman" testifies to the widespread mentality in the Papal States for which the knife was considered as a faithful friend to be constantly worn "in his pocket" and to be unleashed at the first hint of a fight or for an immediate response.
Many elements constituting the "Roman" bear witness to the offensive use that distinguished this knife: the sharp blade, the decorations of the lattice handle or fish bone that served to improve the grip, the locking system with fixed spring that prevented the knife could close up accidentally and that at the time of the opening emitted a dry noise that exalted the aggressive expression.
