The blade is forged from high-quality carbon steel and is exceptionally sharp. The handle is made of beautiful curly birch wood and treated with linseed oil to ensure a comfortable and secure grip even when wet.

Now, the Roselli Piccolo Chef kitchen knife comes with an exclusively designed leather case, made of Finnish vegetable tanned leather. The Forprene handle with locking by threaded tang makes the knife solid and well balanced.

The MOLLE compatible sheath is made of shockproof nylon with a system that avoids shaking noises, is equipped with a two-button safety flap, a thigh with anti-rotation rubber reinforcement and a reversible ambidextrous 2nd level retention system: the simple pressure on the trigger unlocks the blade.
