Represent a classic in Roman cuisine and the poet Gioacchino Belli already in 1831 the mentioned in a sonnet. The main features are undoubtedly the typical bitter flavor and crunchy texture. Rich in vitamins and minerals, the body bring significant benefits and represent a fresh and tasty side dish. Recipe: INGREDIENTS: - 600 grams of chicory, chicory - 6 anchovies or anchovies in oil - 1Aglio - 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil - 4cucchiai table of apple cider vinegar Eliminate the bone of the anchovies and rinse to remove excess salt. Eliminate the final part and the outer leaves of the head of the vegetables. Wash chicory and with the help of TAGLIAPUNTARELLE cut it as thin strips. The 0100 model was, in fact, one of the first three fixed-blade knives in the original lineup, alongside the 0121 and 0150 models.
The design bears the unmistakable stylistic signature of Ken Onion, the renowned American designer already responsible for numerous successes at Kershaw. The distinctive “S”-curved blade offers an unusual combination of cutting ability, power, and precision, making the ZT0100 suitable for both tactical applications and the most demanding outdoor use.
For its construction, Zero Tolerance chose CPM 3V, a steel then considered cutting-edge for its strength and impact resistance, paired with a tungsten DLC coating and three-dimensionally machined G-10 scales. This combination helped solidify the brand’s early reputation as a manufacturer of “overbuilt” knives, designed without compromise for field use.
