First Use:

Rinse the Staub pan with hot water.
Apply a little oil and heat gently for 10 minutes.
Allow to cool. The oil will penetrate into the pores of the glaze, forming a protective base.

Usage Tips:

Clean with regular dish detergent and a soft sponge.
Wash with warm water and dry thoroughly before storing.
Always apply a little oil to the bottom before starting cooking.
Avoid abrasive products, scouring pads, and continued use of the dishwasher.
