Five steps to make a quality product. No less than five careful, dismal and expensive processing steps are required to make Alexander handcrafted products from rod steel:
forging from glowing bars of stainless steel
hot coining
shearing of the profile and interior
roughing and bending
tempering.
In addition to the above steps are the normal finishing operations ( mirroring, handle machining). Knife blades are sharp as they are hand sharpened.
The handle is made of buffalo horn.
The knife comes with a magnetized stand that can be hung from walnut wood.

To make Alexander handcrafted products from steel rods, five careful and long and costly processing phases are required:
forged from stainless steel incandescent bars
hot coining
shearing of the profile and the interior
roughing and bending
tempera.
The normal finishing operations (mirroring, working of the handle) are added to the aforementioned phases.
