Woll Diamond Sauté Pan with a detachable handle.

Perfect for using on the hob, or remove the handle and use under the grill or in the oven. Lightweight, yet strong construction makes this pan so easy to use. Diamond Lite has a cut and abrasion-resistant Diamond Plus hard-base coating with superior non-stick properties. The base is made of professional, individually cast aluminum unstressed and free of any trapped air pockets. In addition, there is an anticorrosion layer added for extra durability. Each pan can be used on multiple cooking surfaces including induction, gas, electric, ceramic and halogen.

The stainless steel, 8mm induction bottom offers optimum thermal absorption and no distortion (even at high temperatures). All fry, sauté and wok pans come with a removable cast handle which should be removed prior to using in the oven.

The removable handle makes for safe lifting, handling, ease of storage and washing. All pots come with two fixed, oven-proof handles (up to 250°C/480°F).

What makes this line even more unique is the 18/10 brushed stainless steel lids which are oven-proof up to 250°C/480°F.
