In addition, the shape of the wire designed for professional use and the convex shape of the blade guarantee effective support when only considerable efforts are required by the user without chipping. The handles have an ergonomic and exclusive design, the result of particular studies carried out at the Politecnico di Milano. This shape guarantees a significant reduction in user fatigue, a safe and non-slip grip given the soft but slightly porous surface; the material used is also non-toxic and complies with European standards, resisting corrosive agents and sudden changes in temperature (-40 ° C + 150 ° C).
