Spartan Blades - Moros - Kydex, DLC Flat Black and Green Micarta - SB53BKGRKYBK - knife
The Moros is an excellent choice for field or tactical use. This well-balanced blade is the perfect blend of size and performance. Light enough to carry without bothering, yet strong enough to handle a variety of daily tasks. The tip profile is flat with a tapered top edge that provides an excellent cut with good penetration force. The Moros' solid tang and handle provide neutral balance, making it light in the hand. The ergonomic, textured Micarta canvas handle provides a comfortable and secure grip when dry or wet.
After more than 40 years of service in the U.S. Army Special Forces, Curtis Iovito and Mark Carey founded Spartan Blades LLC in North Carolina. Curtis, who had already been designing and drawing knives for his friends in the Special Forces for years, and Mark, who had always been involved in military and tactical equipment when he served in the "Green Berets," decide to combine their skills and passion with the goal of building innovative and functional knives using the highest quality materials and made entirely in the United States.
