20 ° SHARPENING ANGLE FOR STABLE SHARPNESS

The 20 ° sharpening angle offers a new sharpness in the shortest possible time. The knife also maintains its sharpness for a long time thanks to the stable cutting edge and is suitable for the widest range of cuts in everyday life in the kitchen. THE HORL ® S-PAD FOR CONTINUOUS FLEXIBILITY IN GRINDING

The combination of powerful neodymium magnets and the HORL ® S-Pad ensure that the knife is firmly fixed when sharpening. Reinforced by the non-slip effect of the S-Pad, even small blades can be sharpened correctly by adapting them to the desired height.

Set consisting of two discs of sharpening stones with # 3000 and # 6000 grit and a leather strop to be used at the end to free the blade of all grinding residues and provide the final sharpening.

The set is designed to further refine the result of the sharpening process after using the diamond and ceramic discs, which are standard in HORL ® sharpeners.

The two discs are simply screwed onto the sharpener instead of the stock ones and are intended to refine the edge of the blade of your high-level knives. The stones can be used without water.
