Wander Tactical rappresenta un team di ricerca dedicato alla progettazione e alla realizzazione di coltelli di alta qualità per militari, survivalist, preppers, cacciatori ed escursionisti. La missione principale è fornire agli utenti strumenti da taglio realizzati a mano di alta qualità e di massima affidabilità, anche nelle situazioni più estreme.
La scelta dei nomi relazionati ai vari modelli coniuga l'affidabilità di ogni coltello ad un chiaro richiamo all'autentica dimensione primitiva su cui Wander Tactical risulta saldamente focalizzata.
Prima di essere messo ufficialmente sul mercato, ogni modello deve superare numerosi test, durante i quali vengono verificate le geometrie del coltello e l'ergonomia dell'impugnatura. 
La tempra di tutti le lame viene eseguita da un'azienda specializzata nel trattamento termico di acciai speciali.
