Thanks to its patented Self-Adjusting Angle (SAF) system, it allows you to achieve a precise edge without requiring any experience, working in two stages: sharpening with a diamond bar and finishing with a ceramic bar. The story of the HORL®3 CRUISE begins on the beach. It is here and up to 50 km inland that our Swiss partner #tide® collects plastic waste that would otherwise end up in the ocean. Carefully recycled, it becomes the HORL®3 CRUISE, giving new value to this precious raw material.

Support with two different bars, one in ceramic and one in diamond.

The yellow diamond sharpening stone (25 microns) is used to make a fine sharpening, with the white ceramic stone (9 microns) the edge of the knife is polished in order to obtain a razor-sharp edge.

For cleaning, use some dish soap and hot water.

Diamond sharpening with two different sharpening grits.

The yellow surface consists of titanium and aluminum nitride which greatly prolongs the life of the sharpener. The rough side (44 microns) is used to recover more damaged cutting edges, while the fine side (25 microns) is used for precision sharpening.

For cleaning, use dish soap and warm water.

Like all diamond sharpeners, this whetstone is a little rough at first, but gets smoother after a period of use.
