The heart-shaped, cherry-red cocotte is proof that love can indeed be served on a plate.

This pan gently cooks aromatic and nutritious foods, combining the properties of cast iron with those of black enamel to ensure excellent heat retention and thermal conductivity. An even, gradual spread of heat helps preserve the vitamins in vegetables, while the matte black enamel brings out their flavors.

The heart-shaped cocotte is ideal for events such as Valentine's Day, wedding proposals or receptions.

Because of its shape, it is perfect as a serving utensil and keeps food hot for longer-another advantage of cast iron is in fact its heat-retaining properties.
