These cauldrons are made exclusively from pure copper 10-tenths thick, ideal for uniform heat conduction. Moreover they are entirely covered with virgin pond particularly suitable for cooking food. Respecting all the instructions below, your copper pans will allow you to better enhance the cooking quality giving you maximum satisfaction for a long time.
1. Never leave your copper articles on the living flame,
without liquids or seasoning inside.
2. Avoid excessive heat keeping the fire at a minimum.
3. Avoid using metal tools that could scratch the
tinning. Ideal use of wooden tools.
4. For internal cleaning, never frigate with abrasive substances
or steel wool; always use liquid detergents.
5. It is normal that copper, under the action of heat, changes color;
to avoid this, wash the pot with hot water after use
and vinegar, then rinse and polish with a suitable product
for copper.
