371 W2 is a gentleman knife brother of the 373 Tungsten, with one important difference: the blade is made of M390 steel with a satin finish and a prism sharpening line. To commemorate in our own way the 50th anniversary of the death of our great-grandfather Giuseppe Maserin known as "Belu" (1885 - 1972), an Alpine soldier of the 4th Battalion Cadore Regiment and Cav. of Vittorio Veneto, we wanted to make a dagger in the manner of the "Arditi", that is, inspired by those handcrafted daggers that were made from the former bayonets of the Carcano 91 rifles. Specifically, we were inspired by the shape of the bayonet that was made at the CO.RI.CA.MA factory in Maniago.

We called it BeluM joining the M of our surname to 'Belu', thus obtaining a reference to the Latin word 'bellum'. It is a project of clear historical inspiration, but realised with modern machinery, technology and materials. The stenciled wooden box deliberately recalls the features of the crates in which war material was once stored.

BeluM is dedicated to our great-grandfather Giuseppe and all the heroes who sacrificed their lives for their country in any way.
