Barazzoni - 28x28 silicon ceramic steak pan
The items that make up this collection are characterized by their extreme sturdiness and are able to guarantee healthy cooking thanks to the ceramic coating, a material that has always been synonymous with health and cleanliness. Ceramic - an alternative coating to traditional steel and nonstick - resists high temperatures and thermal shock, scratches and abrasions, and corrosion from detergents and other chemicals.
Its surface, smooth to the touch and easy to clean, is very strong and durable and will not deteriorate with use. The strength of this collection is the ceramic coating that becomes the new ally in the kitchen that ensures healthy and fat-free gastronomy. Silicon Pro Ceramic includes frying pan, casserole, wok and 2-handled pan with its glass lid. Characterizing this collection - made externally of aluminum and internally of ceramic - are ergonomic silicone handles with elegant and refined steel profile. Silicone is an innovative material suitable for use in the oven that provides a soft, secure grip and is not hot.

To preserve the quality of the nonstick and the utensil it is necessary to:
1. when first used, carefully wash the pan with ceramic interior, evenly grease the interior with a little oil and dry it with household paper or a soft cloth;
2. use the diameter of the heat source most suitable for the size of the product, avoiding overflow;
3. center the pan with ceramic interior on the heat source;
4. always cook at a moderate temperature, do not overheat the frying pan at no load;
5. do not char fatty foods;
6. lift the utensil on the glass-ceramic plate, avoiding sliding it on the plate;
7. never leave the food cooking unsupervised;
8. let the pan with ceramic interior cool down before washing it, immersion in cold water may cause irreparable deformation and ruin the performance of the ceramic surface;
9. do not use metal utensils, only plastic or wooden utensils;
10. avoid keeping food for a long time inside the pan with ceramic interior(especially if acidic such as tomato-based ones);
11. do not use abrasive powders and/or straws to wash the pan; just use hot water and a minimal amount of mild detergent;
12. washing in dishwashers is allowed by preferably adopting low temperature cycles (50° or ECO) and minimum detergent dosages for the type of washing used (low temperatures are the best condition for good preservation of the utensil); at the same time, hand washing with liquid detergents and soft sponges helps maintain the performance and aesthetics of the product;6988-1 -

Ilsa - Aluminium Neapolitan Coffee Maker 3 cups - Made in Italy
The historic Caffettiera Napoletana is still one of the best-known symbols of Italian style in the world.
Before the moka, which speeded up the preparation of coffee, the famous black beverage was prepared with the Neapolitan coffee pot, first made of copper and then of steel or aluminium. The method of preparation is not very different from that of filter coffee, but a series of particularities make it a unique product of its kind.
CAFFETTIERA NAPOLETANA 3 CUPS IN ALUMINIUM
The Neapolitan is a type of coffee maker that, unlike the mocha, does not use the pressure generated by steam to push the water towards the coffee, but only the force of gravity. How to use the Neapolitan coffee maker It is necessary to explain in detail the use of this coffee maker because, as we said, it requires a different procedure compared to the now common coffee makers. The main reason is that the cuccumella is formed by different elements that are: the hollow tank where you put the coffee powder, the perforated tank that holds the water and the hollow tank, the coffee filter to be screwed on top of the hollow tank, the coffee pot from which the ready coffee comes out and the lid.
The procedure then consists of the following steps:
1) Fill the hollow tank with coffee powder, reaching the indicated limit and without crushing the powder.
2) Screw the filter on top of the tank.
3) Fill the perforated tank with water, always up to the indicated limit.
4) Insert the hollow tank into the perforated tank.
5) Add the body with the cap and screw it on.
6) Place on the side with the water tank.
7) When the water starts coming out of the hole in the tank, turn off the flame and turn the Neapolitan coffee maker. To perform this operation it is important to have a firm grip, protect yourself with potholders to avoid burning yourself and turn the cuccumella upside down in one go.
8) Check the coffee tank and when there is no more water, unscrew the other tank, place the lid on it and pour the coffee.
