Carbon is Opinel's original steel. The N°08 Forge features a rough blade forged from carbon steel that provides excellent cutting quality. The blade is ground only on the underside, thus giving a hammered look to the top that gives even more character to this pocket knife. The oiled ebony handle is carved with irregular facets. Limited edition of 6,000 pieces.
